How does Docly work?

Docly lets you find dentists near you, see their prices upfront, and book instantly. You pay the full amount when you book online—no surprise bills at the office.

Why do I pay upfront?

Paying upfront locks in your appointment time and price. It ensures dentists get committed patients, and you get a guaranteed slot with no surprises.

I don't have dental insurance. Is Docly for me?

Yes! Docly was created specifically for people without dental insurance—or anyone who wants to skip the insurance process entirely.

Nearly half of Americans don't have dental coverage, and even those who do often face confusing bills and surprise charges. We give you transparent prices upfront, so you always know what you're paying before you book.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your appointment and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment through our cancellation page. You'll need your confirmation number and email address. You can also email us at support@doclyhealth.com.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

What if the dentist cancels?

If a dentist needs to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund automatically. We'll notify you immediately and help you rebook with another provider if you'd like.

No-Shows

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment without cancelling, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can't make it.

What if I'm running late?

Contact the dentist's office directly as soon as possible. Their contact information is in your confirmation email. Many offices can accommodate late arrivals, but it's at their discretion.

Appointments

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your confirmation email (on your phone is fine)
  • Any relevant dental records or X-rays if you have them

Can I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule, please cancel your current appointment (at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund) and book a new one. Email us at support@doclyhealth.com if you need assistance.
